Last Updated: August 2026
Handling financial data requires the highest level of security. Here is how we keep your information safe.
1. Secure Document Portal
We do not accept sensitive tax documents via unencrypted email. All client document uploads are routed through our secure Dropbox portal, which utilizes 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) security to protect your files in transit and at rest.
2. ClearPay & Payment Security
ClearPay is built on top of Stripe's secure infrastructure. Riska's Finance LLC never directly stores or sees your clients' full credit card or banking information. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.
3. Riska's Fixed Assets
To ensure maximum data sovereignty for CPA firms and businesses, Riska's Fixed Assets relies on a local database architecture. Your proprietary depreciation and asset data never leaves your secure local network.
